The Ulster Superbike Championship

We are currently looking to recruit new volunteers for our 2019 season.


Are you over the age of 18yrs? Yes ü
Are you reasonably fit? Yes ü
Do you enjoy the outdoor sport in all weather? Yes ü
Do you enjoy Motor Cycle Racing? Yes ü
Do you have several free weekends next year? Yes ü
Do you enjoy working as part of A Team? Yes ü

If you can answer yes to the above 6 questions would you like to Volunteer as a Marshal at the Ulster Superbike Championship events (USBK). ü

Marshal volunteer; Our MCUI(UC) Marshals Association would help you through a pre-season training course. The Safety Team would lead you through a safety seminar as part of the training. You would get to work alongside an experienced team of Marshals as part of your training on the job during events.

(The job involves Recovering/lifting machines, clearing debris, Oil spill clean-up, Spectator management and use of Flags to Relay signals to competitors).

The Marshals Association is an integral part of the Motor Cycle Union of Ireland (Ulster Centre) which is the Governing Body of the Sport. Our aim is the continual improvement of the marshalling standards at events. In return after full training you will be added to the MCUI(UC) Marshal association registrar of trained Marshals. Have great fellowship within a team of professional workers.

At events you attend you will get a Lunch voucher and have great crack! Plus Great Racing.

Technical Control volunteer;

We also have positions within our Technical Teams, if you are mechanically minded, we would welcome volunteers for this field. Full training would be giving for positions - in Scrutineering and Technical Control. Technical Teams usually start work at events at 7am
